Now... where was I? Actually, I have a better question... who was I? I mean way back when, before the spider bite, before the genetic transmutation and so on. By the way, if you're coming in late, could you maybe ask a friend to catch you up or something? Because my life is complicated. There's a funny thing I've noticed about growing up. You sorta end up who you were. Mu problem is I don't remember much about who I was. Where I came from. Who I came from. Who. I. Am.
~ Peter Parker's narration at the beginning of the script.
Billy Stacy: One time my dad said if I ever got lost he'd throw everybody in New York into the river one by one until I was the only person left in New York and that's how he'd find me. Who's gonna find me if I get lost now?
Peter: I will.
~ Peter comforting Bill Stacy at Captain George Stacy's wake.
My parents were brilliant scientists. They created something that had more power that they ever imagined, power they thought they could never control. I know the feeling. But I'm trying. I'm trying read hard. And as long as I live, I will never stop trying again. Who was I? I was the son of Richard and Mary Parker. The name they gave me was Peter Parker. The name I gave myself... is Spider-Man.
~ Spider-Man's narration at the end of the script as he hides his parents' image refractor in the flagpole at the top of the Empire State Building.

Peter Parker, better known as Spider-Man, is the titular main protagonist of Amazing Spider-Man, a film script for what would later become Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2.

He was a high school student who was bitten by a genetically altered "super" spider while on a school field trip. Endowed with the proportionate powers and abilities of a spider and following his uncle's tragic death, he intended to use his abilities for good; thus, becoming the crime-fighting superhero known to the public, Spider-Man. Two years after the death of Green Goblin, he would be given a letter from his parents by Aunt May, leading him to finding the shocking truth about his parents and their deaths.

He was set to be portrayed by Tobey Maguire again.

What Makes Him a Guile Hero?[]

  • He did everything his final script counterpart did in the first film.
  • He's been Spider-Man for 2 years. In those 2 years he's been stopping all sorts of crimes.
  • He tried to convince Harry that Spider-Man didn't kill his father.
  • It was revealed that due to being a good kid in his early age, his parents entrusted Aunt May with a letter revealing a key and coordinates to the device called the image refractor.
  • He put the image refractor at the top of the Empire State Building to for safe keeping.
  • When Otto Octavius claimed that he wanted to use the image refractor to complete Peter's parents work, he gave the image refractor to him.
  • While he was mad at Octavius, this was justified as the latter revealed he killed Peter's parents. Peter defeated him at his lab.
  • He stopped a carjacker from killing a tourist. While the police were using this tourist as bait to draw out a ring of carjackers, Spider-Man didn't know this.
  • He attempted to stop Doctor Octopus when he was rampaging through the streets and kidnapping Mary Jane.
  • He attempted to save Captain Stacy from Doc Ock, picking up large debris from him and rushing to the hospital only to find out it was too late for him.
  • Even though J. Jonah Jameson framed Spider-Man for Stacy's murder, Spider-Man didn't stop the issues from being printed.
  • He comforted Captain Stacy's son at the former's funeral. Saying that if the latter got lost, Peter would find him.
  • He attempted to save a woman from a supposed criminal before he realized it was all an audition.
  • He invited everyone he knew to Harry's wedding at the latter request, including Curt Connors and his wife.
  • He fought Doc Ock at Harry's wedding, chasing after him as he used his arms as a helicopter.
  • He saved two construction workers from Doc Ock when he made the scaffolding of a construction building unstable.
  • He defeated Doc Ock by converting an air conditioner unit into an electro magnet. Spider-Man didn't kill him even though he deserved it, he instead imprisoned Doc-Ock after he begged for his life to be spared while being electrocuted.
  • He hides the image refractor at the top of the Empire State Building again to hide it from anyone attempting to use it.

Trivia[]

  • He is the only Unpublished Guile Hero on this wiki.
