Rarity is one of the main protagonists of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She works as a fashionista at the Carousel Boutique, with the workplace being her house. Rarity embodies the element of generosity in which she uses to support her friends. At Ponyville, Rarity and the Mane Six encounter lots of problems, but they are able to overcome them and learn from them with the magic of their friendship.

- Had Applejack be the starting racer during the Sisterhooves Social race before switching with Applejack to have the chance to race with Sweetie Belle during the race.
- Learned to appreciate Sweetie Belle's efforts of wanting to please her.

Rarity Investigates![]
- Acted as a detective to prove to the Wonderbolt ponies that Rainbow Dash didn't use a note to send Spitfire away to take care of her sick mother.
- Looked for multiple clues and had interrogated the Royal Guards to extract information from them.
- Acted charming towards the Royal Guards to extract information.
- Wanted to learn details of a cake from one of the Royal Guards despite how meaningless the clue appeared.
- Went to the Canterlot cake shop to investigate the cake that one of the Royal Guards had talked about.
- Got clues from Cinnamon Chai that the person who had purchased the cake had concealed their identity with a scarf and that the scarf had been tainted with the chocolate cake the Royal Guard had described.
- Was able to closely examine Rainbow Dash's hair that had been left in a the note and prove that the hair had proven that the hair was a red herring that had been deliberately cut by the suspect.
- Proved that Wind Rider had been the one to deliberately frame Rainbow Dash due to Wind Rider wearing a scarf with tainted chocolate which proved that Wind Rider had bought the chocolate cake that the Royal Guard had described.
- Made a correct guess that Wind Rider's main motivation of framing Rainbow Dash was so that he could keep his unbreakable record.
