Naomi Misora is a supporting antagonist of Death Note. After the death of Raye Penber from the hands of Kira, Naomi Misora seeks to avenge Raye Penber by attempting to join the Kira investigating. Unfortunately for her, Naomi Misora shows her real name to Light Yagami which unknowingly gets her killed.

She is voiced by Tabitha St. Germain in the English dub and is voiced by Naoko Matsui in the original Japanese dub.

What Makes Her a Guile Hero?

• Was able to solve the BB Los Angeles murder cases by teaming up with L Lawliet.
• Had suspected that the bus jacking incident that Raye Penber was in, is not a coincidence, but was rather planned by Kira.
• After Raye Penber's death, Naomi Misora starts her own investigation to catch Kira/Light Yagami.
• Was able to deduce that Kira was in the bus jacking incident, because the person Raye Penber showed his name to was Kira.
• Uses an alias name called "Shoko Maki" to make sure that her name won't be easily discovered by Kira.
• Attempts to give the Japanese Task Force and L Lawliet on information about the Kira Case from the bus jacking incident. Unfortunately, Naomi Misora is killed by Kira/Light Yagami when Naomi Misora reveals her name to Light Yagami.
