Megamind is the main protagonist of the film with the same name. Megamind initially starts as a supervillain archenemy towards Metro Man and constantly loses to Metro Man. That is until Metro Man decided to fake his death to Megamind, Roxanne, and the public to become a musician. With Metro Man gone, Megamind conquers Metro City, but is unable to find happiness with his success.
What Makes Him A Guile Hero?[]
- Is able to create inventions to escape prison and to fight Metro Man.
- Becomes a supervillain where both he and Minion would battle Metro Man.
- Tricks Metro Man into going in the wrong observatory. Once Metro Man goes into the wrong observatory, Megamind attempts to use a death ray to kill Metro Man.
- After getting bored with conquering Metro City, Megamind decides to create his own superhero to fight.
- Gives Hal Stewart superpowers, so that Hal Stewart can become a challenging opponent to Megamind.
- Trains Hal Stewart to become a superhero. Unfortunately it goes wrong and Hal Stewart becomes a supervillain. Luckily, Megamind was able to outsmart Hal Stewart when Megamind decides to redeem himself.
- Takes Metro Man's advice and becomes a hero.
- Fakes his appearance as Metro Man to fight Hal Stewart, in his rematch.
- When his façade fails, Megamind is thrown into the sky by Hal Stewart. However, Megamind is able to recover himself from his mistake by shrinking himself into a tiny cube to survive the fall.
- Is able to take away Hal Stewart's superpowers to defeat him in the end of the movie.
- Becomes a hero and a defender of Metro City.
Trivia[]
- He and Minion the only Guile Heroes in the Megamind film. They are also the only DreamWorks Guile Heroes to not come from The Bad Guys.
- He, Minion, Mr. Wolf, Mr. Snake, Ms. Tarantula, and Diane Foxington are the only six Dreamworks characters to be Guile Heroes.
