She was portrayed by Priscilla Star Diaz.
What Makes Her a Guile Hero?[]
In General[]
- Her special skill is that she can record and can play back any sentence or phrase she hears, or even various sounds in the background. In a way, she's basically a living tape recorder.
Season 1[]
- In the series premiere, "Skills", Francine would steal Keith's unique power just he's about to get inducted into the Electric Company. The gang knew Francine wouldn't willingly give back the power, although she may be willing to trade it for greater power. So Keith would pose as a spy for Pranksters and a double agent who'd steal the Electric Company's powers. She, Hector and Lisa would all play a part in the ruse by using their skills and having it seem like Keith was using them. Francine was willing to trade Keith's skill for what she thought was the Electric Company's stolen powers, only to find out too late the company tricked her into giving Keith his power back.
- Call Me Tiki:
- When Tiki Barber's African Grey parrot (TD) she was supposed to pet-sit ends up getting loose, she uses her recording playback powers to play back audio that was heard the moment TD got loose to look for some background clues, and she detected an African grey's mating call as the reason TD flew away.
- After Manny returns TD and poses himself as a savior to the parrot and Jessica as being irresponsible in an attempt to start his own pet-sitting business, Tiki would allow both Jessica and Manny to state their sides of the argument. During their trial in the Electric Diner, Jessica would notice TD constantly repeating "clean up that seed", and realizing the bird had to have picked the phrase up while he was with Manny, she'd recall how Manny's mother was the only person who'd boss him around, and so Jessica would have Keith bring Mrs. Spamboni to the Diner, where she'd once again repeat the phrase to Manny, in front of Tiki, providing him with the evidence needed to clear Jessica's name,
- The Skeleckian Hiccups: She'd come down with a case of the Skeleckian Hiccups (in which when she hiccupped, she'd reveal her private thoughts involuntarily) right before she was scheduled to play against Danny in a chess tournament. Danny knew that her having those hiccups would have her give away her moves she'd intend on making in the tournament, and exploited this fact by having their round pushed up earlier than intended. However, during the actual tournament, Jessica's able to get around this by blending in some fake hiccups with false information with the real hiccups, leaving Danny absolutely confused as to which hiccups were real and provided accurate thoughts to where she would move. Eventually, she'd trick Danny into defending his king a certain way, only for Jessica to anticipate the move and swiftly put him in checkmate. It's implied that she did something similar to the rest of her challengers, considering she's shown with a trophy at the end of the episode.
- Scrambled Brains: She realizes that Annie tricked Lisa into switching bodies with her in an attempt to damage Lisa's reputation, and so she comes up with the idea to improve Lisa's reputation more then ever, behind Annie's sabotage attempts as a way to frustrate Annie enough to want to take back her own body.
- Game On: Despite Manny's attempt to sabotage Dino Ranger tech support's instructions from the phone on how to return Deek to his game, the team's still able to piece together what the instructions were, thanks to Jessica replaying the fractured instructions via her skill, and Lisa piecing together that vowels were missing and finding their exact locations.
- Out to Launch: When Francine alters The Electric Diner's billboard to call Hector a liar and broadcasted live vlogs claiming Hector was a bad role model for people (especially kids) to look up to. Jessica realized the Electric Company would have to fight fire-with-fire and she decided to post her own vlog as a way to clear Hector's name. Then, after the team's able to change the billboard back to the way it was before, Lisa tricks Francine into admitting she had altered the billboard the first time, despite knowing about Hector's good and honest nature, with Jessica capturing the speech on-tape, and using it expose Francine and restore Hector's good name.
- Friends or Aunts: When Hector seemingly answers a question testing his knowledge of how well he knew Lisa incorrectly, Jessica immediately deduces that Hector knew the answer to the question and guesses that something was up despite having very little proof.
Season 2[]
- The Unmuffins:
- In the story that Lisa tells Jessica about the titular muffins that alter one's personality to their opposite personality, Jessica and "Un-Danny" (flipped-personality Danny, who was working with Jessica) trick Manny into eating an un-bun and becoming his opposite self and their ally, by gaslighting him and making unsure of what he knew.
- Also, within that story, Jessica would be peer pressured by "Un-Lisa", "Un-Keith" and "Un-Shock" into eating an un-muffin, but she manages to keep her personality intact by secretly eating an un-bun behind the un-muffin behind everyone's backs. Then, she convincingly acts as though she were under the effects of the un-muffin (with her opposite personality) and has the others eat some un-buns, which changes everyone back to their normal selves.
Season 3[]
- Off Target: She helps to train Marcus into staying more focused on his thoughts and throwing his wordballs straight.
- The Wordball Games: When Annie tries to trip Marcus up in the titular games, by scrambling the giant "HOOP" to prevent him from jumping through, Jessica tricks Annie into changing it back by using her recording-playback power to pay back a recording of the referee giving Annie a penalty earlier, and having her think she'd cost her team for her recent deed.
- Pies for Puppies: When Danny and Annie create a fabricated lie about Jessica's pies giving people "hairstickingupitis" as a way to get more people to buy Danny's pies and have him become the puppy hero, Jessica would stick up her own hair and pretend to be a victim of the disease, only to swiftly reveal to everyone that it was actually gel that caused the so-called "disease" rather than her pies, and expose Danny's fake story.
- Spooky Summer Soiree: She and Marcus had all the pieces of their costumes they needed for the titular party except for Marcus' chicken beak, and Annie and Gilda were trying to buy out all of the costumes in a yard sale and were about to buy the $2 beak, but only had $4.50 left. So when Jessica notices an orange plaid shirt that cost $4, she acted like the plaid shirt was the last item Marcus needed, and had Marcus play along with her ruse, anticipating that Annie would want to buy the shirt to prevent them from having it, despite only having enough money for one of the items. She tricked Annie to buy the shirt, leaving Marcus open to buy his beak to complete his costume.
- Revenge of the Zeroes: When Annie and Danny cause trouble at Paul's banana-themed party by messing up some of the orders (i.e.: 10 one-man banana bands, instead of one) Jessica crafts a plan to catch and expose the duo. After the team manages to find the duo running away from the scene in a short-lived victory moment, Jessica and the others claimed that knew they (Annie and Danny) didn't cause the chaos and that whoever sabotaged the party was very crafty. Then the team claims Francine was the only person capable of such a skillful prank, taking advantage of Danny and Annie's egos and tricking Danny into admitting they were the ones who ruined the party... right within Paul the Gorilla and the banana deliveryman's earshots, as the duo are forced to apologize to both of them for their actions and get surrounded and overwhelmed with the 9 extra one-man banana bands they set up and their loud music.
