Hermit Mio is a major supporting character of the Edens Zero anime and manga series. In the past, she helped Ziggy in finding Mother, before she and the Four Shining Stars disbanded, so they could go live out their lives. After leaving Ziggy and the Edens Zero, she worked with the Müller Royal Laboratories, but was betrayed by the organization. Ever since her experience with the organization, she initially held a strong hatred for humans, until she overcame her trauma from rejoining the Edens Zero crew. With her being a part of the Edens Zero again, she assists them in finding Valkyrie Yuna and eventually, Mother.

Past[]
- She joined Müller Royal Laboratories, believing its scientist to be benevolent people that desire to save androids.
- She helped Müller Royal Laboratories build the Ether Accelerator under the impression it would be used to supply the androids on planet Hook with Ether energy.

Digitalis arc[]
- Seeing that Weisz Steiner isn't able to use his Machina Maker to hack into Jamilov's account, she take's over Weisz's account to be able to hack without having to deal with any repercussions on her own account.
- Using her programming skills to nerf Jamilov's abilities and buff Shiki's abilities to defeat Jamilov.
- She gives and replaces Shiki Granbell's armor whenever Jamilov tries to remove them.
- Predicting Jamilov's defeat from analyzing Shiki's attack value compared to the former's in-game stats.
- Restored Digitalis' code once Jamilov had left the game.
- Once she is able to be comforted from her tragic past and put aside her hatred towards humans, she repairs the Edens Zero and confronts Jamilov.
- Found out Jamilov's location and trolled him by pretending to shoot him with a powerful cannon.
- Leading the Crew of Edens Zero to Mildian as a way to find clues on Valkyrie's whereabouts.
Sun Jewel arc[]
- Assisted Weisz in building his "Arsenal" suit.
Belial Gore arc[]
- Gave Shiki, Weisz, E.M. Pino, and Homura special earring devices for them to make secret communications with the Edens Zero, while they stay on the Belial Gore to investigate.
- Ordering Weisz to activate Arsenal's cooling systems, so that the latter may freeze Laguna Husert's water beam.
- Giving Rebecca Bluegarden directions in her fight against Kleene in space.
- Based on Rebecca's terrifying nightmare and battle against Nino, Hermit theorized on the possibility that Rebecca had gone back in time.
- From being aware of the original future events, she is able to detect Seth and save the Edens Zero from getting controlled by him.
- Hacking into Fie's weapons and using them to attack him.
- Hacking Drakken Joe's machine to return the life-force of the people Drakken Joe had stolen.
- By having reprogrammed Drakken Joe's life support machine, she is able to weaken him, and give Weisz and Shiki the opportunity to defeat him.

- Looking up the files of one of the deceased Granbell robots to see the history on how every inhabitant on Granbell had died.
Aoi Cosmos Saga[]

- Despite her erased memory logs, she researches some of the adventures of the Four Shining Stars on the Aoi Cosmos and an unknown term called "Poseidon Nero".
Foresta arc[]
- Researched the Edens Zero's erased previous visit to Foresta.
- During her researching, she learned the expertise and the existence of a person called "Xenolith".
- Calculating the amount of robots that are approaching the Edens Zero.
- She discovered the source of the virus that is affecting all the robots on Foresta.
- Showed Weisz the satellite server that had corrupted the androids on Edens Zero and how his Machina Maker will be necessary in modifying the satellite server, so that the robots can be fixed from the virus.
- Just incase she is infected by the satellite server's virus, she plans on having Weisz kill her as a way to stop herself from becoming a threat.
- She prepares to use her hacking abilities to turn off Müller's O-Tech devices.
- Hacking through Müller's tight security to get closer in deactivating the satellite server.
- Pretended to be Müller's friend, so she would be able to scan his eyes and get through the encryption of the satellite server.
Sandra arc[]
- By checking that there are no other massive satellite servers that can infect robots from other planets, she is able to determine of Shura's plan to exterminate innocent bots and the fake excuse of a rebellion.
Nero 66 arc[]
- She made an estimated calculation on Shura's battle stats in advance to help the crew of Edens Zero to be ready for him.
- Alerting everyone who is fighting against or is with the Nero empire to leave the battlefield, because of the 20, 000 thousand antimatter bombs.
- She further dug deeper into analyzing the history logs of the Edens Zero and found the Kaede Cosmos as a location the Edens Zero had once been.
Kaede Cosmos Saga[]
X495 arc[]
- Gave Shiki the directions to find a core in planet Sweeds, so that the planet can be restored from Ziggy's brainwashing.
- Spying on Holy's conversation with Shiki's companions to make sure she isn't a threat.
- She discussed her strategy with her crew on how they can work together to battle Ziggy and Deaden Crow.
- Her strategy consists of having Holy's Midnight fleet and Elsie's fleets to break through the battleships that are guardians Lendard.
- Once the battleships defending Lendard are distracted, she plans on having Elsie's flagship and the Edens Zero fly onto the surface of the planet.
- On Lendard, the Elsie's crew and the crew of Edens Zero will split up to deal with Deaden Crow and to subjugate the core.
- To take extra measures to deal with Ziggy, she plans on using Rebecca's Cat Leaper to increase the chances of drawing a Chronophage into Lendard as a way to permanently kill Ziggy.
Lendard arc[]
- Reconfiguring the Ether of the Edens Zero to create its own Anti-Dragon Ether to battle the dragons.
- Once she is able to create a replica of the Anti-Dragon Ether, she exchanges the information to create them to her friends.
- Linked the Anti-Dragon Ether to allow Homura to fight the dragons inside her Warrior Maid 95.
- She reveals to Holy that she had done a background check on her and is allowing her use the Edens Zero's Steel Sorceress 94.
- Tricked Killer into believing he defeated her, but it was only a hologram of a fake defeat she had created.
- She managed to outsmart Killer and his hologram tricks by having watched his fighting style during his battle against Weisz.
- Recorded the entire conversation between Ziggy's origins and his explanations to Shiki. Once Hermit learned of Ziggy's true origins, she questioned the many contradictions of his story and how it does not make complete sense. Ziggy's story also begins to make her question the reason for the Four Shining Star's creation.
- Looking up a medical record from 18 years ago to confirm the identity of the "true enemy" that Ziggy is discussing with Shiki and Pino.
