Guile Heroes Wiki:Rules

General Rules

1. No bullying, vandalizing, trolling, etc. Essentially, no behaviors that can cause harm to the others or to the wiki itself.
2. Do not upload anything that goes against the FANDOM Guidelines. Such as porn, torture videos or anything offensive to race, religion, people, etc..
3. This should be a given but you must be at least 13 years old to join this wiki.
4. No sockpuppeting. Sockpuppeting is the action of using an alternate account for various ways such as to rig proposals in ones own favor, to evade bans or various other reasons. If you are found using a sockpuppet your alternate account will be permanently banned and your original account may face a block. If a user uses a sockpuppet to evade their block on this site, their sockpuppet will be blocked and the original account will have their block extended.
5. No political and/or religious debates. This site, like many other fandoms, is neutral on religious and political debates. If debates of such thing arise, please report it to an admin and let them take care of it. Users who cause such debates will receive warnings and, if done exceedingly, will receive a block.
6. A character can receive a page here only after they've received a proposal on either this very wiki. See the "Proposal Rules" section for more information.
7. Unpublished Heroes, such as Heroes from scripts, are allowed.
8. No excessive self-advertising.

Categories

1. Do not create new categories without the permission of an admin first.
2. Franchise categories can be made if there are 4 characters originating from a franchise. Additionally, publisher, director, intellectual property owners and developer categories are not allowed, unless the majority of their works are set in the same universe such as DC and Marvel.

Templates

1. Navigation templates are allowed if there are three Guile Heroes originating from a franchise, publisher, director, intellectual property owner and developer.
2. Before making a template you think could benefit this wiki, contact an administrator first.

Editing Rules

1. No plagiarism.
2. Write only in English please.
3. No false information.
4. Pages has to be written in a clear and concise manner so that users can understand the page material.

Proposal Rules

1. All Editing Rules stated previously apply.
2. If a character doesn't come from an actually existing work, then they must have a page on some wiki.
3. While shock value works AREN'T disallowed, works that exist solely to be NSFW or propagandistic ARE disallowed.
4. Characters from Unpublished works such as unused script are allowed.
5. Ask permission to the admins before doing removals.
6. Double proposals are allowed if the two characters come from the same work. Or if the proposal is for two versions of the same character from two related works of the same franchise. Triple or Quad proposals also count if they're from the same work.
7. Always give reasons for your votes. Don't just say "yes" or "no". You also need to explain proper reasoning for your vote, saying stuff like "Yes for stopping a villain" doesn't count since intelligence is also needed to be explained in the vote.
8. If a work has just come out, wait at least 2 weeks before proposing anyone from said work.
9. A user can only have 1-4 proposals ongoing, if they have more than 4 proposals ongoing, their recent proposals will be on hold while their other 4 proposals will be ongoing so be aware of the proposal limit.
10. You must wait at least two weeks to make a removal if the character was recently approved. If the removal was already made, it will be on hold.
11. Early closing consensus should atleast be six yes or no votes without opposition for it be to closed, if there's votes like 6 yes but 1 no, it shouldn't be closed early and should atleast have 1 more yes vote to be closed.
