General Hubert Galeforce is a major supporting or heroic antagonist of Henry Stickmin. He first starts off as a captain of the government in "Infiltrating the Airship" and by "Completing the Mission" he is promoted in the position of a general. In "Infiltrating the Airship" he kidnaps Henry Stickmin with hopes that he can help him in infiltrating the airship of the Toppat Clan. In "Completing the Mission" he and his military forces attack the Toppat Clan to stop them from launching their Toppat Orbital Station into space with varying degrees of success.

• Captured Henry Stickmin with plans to use him in infiltrating the airship of the Toppat Clan.
• Planned to reward Henry Stickmin with a pardon for his crimes if he is able to succeed in infiltrating the airship of the Toppat Clan.

• Gave Henry Stickmin a pardon while Henry Stickmin exchanges Reginald Copperbottom to him.
