Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator, better known simply as EVE. Is the deuteragonist of Pixar's well-acclaimed animated feature WALL-E. She was a robot created by Buy N Large made to detect if there are any signs of organic life remaining on Earth. She also serves as the titular character WALL-E's love interest and later girlfriend in the film.
She was voiced by Elissa Knight.
What Makes Her a Guile Heroine?[]
- She is a highly advanced robot who has access to many technological gadgets, including that of a scanning system, a gun that she wilds and uses with profenciency, the ability of flight and the ability to scan for organic lifeforms.
- Upon being delievered onto it, EVE would scavenge Earth, inspecting every bit of it in order to find a sign of organic life, only becoming frustrated when she couldn't find anything after presumably hours of searching.
- Upon seeing the plant WALL-E had, she proceeds to grab and store it in her compartment before turning off, allowing her delievery rocket to return so she can go back to the Axiom.
- After managing to retrieve the plant after it had been stolen just in time, she and WALL-E manage to evade the security bots and deliever it back to Captain McCrea.
- After being sent into the dump by AUTO, she manages to save herself and WALL-E from being sucked into space by grabbing onto M-O's cleaner.
- When WALL-E's circuit board fried, she scowered the dump, finding replacements in hopes of fixing him.
- When WALL-E reminds EVE that he has replacement parts back at home, the two of them along with M-O escape the dump by EVE blowing a hole in the roof, allowing her to fly through.
- When WALL-E is crushed by the Hollow Detector, EVE tries to hold it up while telling the crowd to get the plant, knowing that it would stop the Hollow Detector from completely descending, and damaging WALL-E beyond repair.
- She saves WALL-E from being completely crushed by the Hollow Detector through placing the plant into it, reversing the process and also causing the Axiom to jetizen back to Earth.
- Upon reaching Earth, EVE dashes to WALL-E's home and quickly begins assorting through all of his trinkets. replacing all of his damaged limbs in quick succession, with her managing to completely fix WALL-E in record time with little difficulty, showing her skills in repair and quick thinking.
- When WALL-E's memory has seemingly been reset, EVE kisses him, causing him to get his memories back, restoring him back to his former self.
