Wholly Grown

Guile Heroes who weren't previously Guile Heroes in the beginning, but they later grown from it; they can start off as a dimwit, an incompetent, a full-scale villain, grey-zoned, and/or many other examples.

Good examples include:

• Bubbles, who used to be too much of a dimwit until she has become much more smarter during the later seasons.
• Diane Foxington, who was previously a master criminal as she is willing to steal many things she wants before her redemption making her no longer a full-scale villain.
• Jesse Pinkman, who started off as a childish and dimwitted villain, but emotionally matures and becomes smarter as the series progresses before finally leaving the life of crime and redeeming himself.
• Sonic the Hedgehog, who used to be extremely reckless and a pawn at first before becoming much smarter during the later games.
• Mordecai, who used to be lazy and incompetent before he becomes much smarter and wiser over time.
• Scoobo, who initially had moments of being a goofball and being a bit incompetent but got incredibly smarter and much more resourceful as time passed on in the 2018-2019 episodes. While he is still very comedic and sometimes sadistic, he continues putting those traits into good use and is always willing to do the right thing.
