Scapegoats

Guile Heroes who end up in very painful and harmful situations and are also accused of being bad people, while they are not.

Here are some examples:

• Cowards and/or Damsels who gets hurt many times (e.g Mr. Wolf and Courage the Cowardly Dog).
• Possessed/Brainwashed, where they may end up getting hurt by the heroes since they ended up getting brainwashed by the villains and were forced to do something evil.
• Falsely Accused, who were accused of doing something bad (e.g. Jenny Wakeman was bad mouthed by everyone for attacking Killgore).
• Tragic, who suffers from their bad past.
• Victims of mishap or misfortune. Often thrown into distressing situations and being targeted by an antagonist or another character (e.g Invincible, Woody, Spider Man and Joebotnik McCricket).
• The Disaster Inventor, who makes inventions, machines, or robots that were supposed to be great but ended up creating total chaos, yet they redeem themselves by fixing their broken apparatuses and contraptions (e.g. Flint Lockwood and Henry Emily).
• In many cases, Guile Heroes can have a mixture of their circumstances above.
